StrongArm is a software platform that runs your gym's ads, follow-up, and front desk. The subscription is $500 a month, flat. No tiers, no per-member fees, no setup fee. The optional done-for-you service, where our team runs everything for you, starts at $1,000 a month.
Billing runs monthly through Stripe, starting the day you subscribe. Ad spend is separate and goes directly from your payment method to Meta; we never touch it and never mark it up.
There is no contract term. Cancel anytime from your account or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not bill again after that. If you cancel, your ads stop, your member data exports in standard formats, and you keep everything you own.
You own your relationship with your leads and members. Messages sent through StrongArm go out on your gym's behalf, so you agree to use the platform only for people who gave your gym their contact information, to honor opt-outs, and to follow SMS and advertising regulations in your region. You approve ad creative before it runs; approved creative is your representation of your business.
We keep the platform running, keep your data backed up, and provide onboarding and support. We do not guarantee specific lead volumes, costs per lead, or membership results; the proof page shows real outcomes, and ad performance varies by market, offer, and budget.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by ad platform outages or policy decisions outside our control.
If we change these terms or the price, we give you at least 30 days' notice by email. Since you are month to month, you can leave before any change takes effect.
