StrongArm started as the machine we built to grow gyms for our own clients. We productized it so any gym owner can run the same machine. One platform for ads, follow up, and the front desk, for a flat $500 a month.
StrongArm is the software product of Strength Scaling, the gym marketing agency we started. Two of us run it: Giuseppe Brown and Peyton Carlson. Before StrongArm was a product, it was simply the way we did our own work.
Giuseppe came at this the long way. He played Division II lacrosse, then went into insurance sales, where he won Rookie of the Year, became a top 10 SDR, and moved up to account executive. He built Strength Scaling on the side while he was still selling, then quit to run it full time.
We ran paid ads and lead follow up for boutique gyms. Strength gyms, CrossFit boxes, personal training studios, boxing and martial arts gyms, most of them with one or two locations.
What we learned fast is that the ads are the easy part. A gym can fill its pipeline with leads and still lose most of them, because nobody texted back in time, nobody booked the class, nobody followed up after the first visit. The money was leaking after the click, not before it.
So we kept building. The ad engine to bring people in. The 60 second text follow up so no lead sat waiting. Booking, so a yes turned into a class on the calendar. Then check ins, memberships, and renewals, so the gym kept the members it worked so hard to earn.
None of it was theoretical. Every piece existed because a real gym needed it and we needed to deliver.
Over time those separate systems stopped being separate. They became one machine that ran a gym's growth from the first ad all the way to the renewal. Once it was that good, keeping it to ourselves stopped making sense.
We productized it into StrongArm so any gym owner could run the same machine we run. And we kept our habit: when something wins in the field, it ships into the product for every gym on it.
StrongArm runs a gym's ads, follow up, and front desk on one platform for a flat $500 a month. No tiers, no per member fees, month to month. If you would rather we run the whole thing for you, our done for you service starts at $1,000 a month.
It is built for the same gyms we started with. Owners of one or two locations who want the whole machine working for them, not one more tool to babysit.
We are not a generic software company that decided gyms looked like a good market. We run gym marketing every day, and StrongArm is the machine we run. That is the whole difference.
The proof lives in the numbers. T.O.P. Fitness brought in 1,623 leads at $1.06 each on $1,723 in spend. Valhalla Barbell Club got 74 leads and 26 booked day passes on $476. A sports performance gym in North Carolina pulled 101 leads in June at $6.47 each on $653. Same machine, different gyms.
If you own a gym and you are tired of stitching tools together, this is the whole thing in one place. One platform, a flat $500 a month, month to month.
